Ben Crowe & Sons Ltd began building and selling homes in East Antrim in the 1950’s. Downshire in Carrickfergus was the location of their first major project with many successful developments since including Fairview, Harwood, Greenwood, The Avenue and Rose Gardens in Carrickfergus, as well as Brooklands, Balfour, Princess Park and Riverbrook and Riverford in Whitehead.
Latest projects include the Lichfield development at Whitehead, and The Thompson Manor development in Lisburn.

Milebush Joinery, Builders Suppliers and Landscape Centre was founded in 1996 further strengthening the company by providing stable supply lines for developments as well as retail sales to the public.
A showroom has been added to the centre with a wide range of outdoor and indoor furnishings and decorative products on display in various settings.
